Separate operating space from the project
If normal business continues, identify where customers, staff, and deliveries move. Place the proposed toilet and handwashing point on a plan that keeps those routes understandable. Discuss the surface and accessible approach as part of the equipment choice. Do not assume a vacant-looking corner is available without the property controller's approval.
Confirm the entrance for every visit
Describe how a driver reaches the position and who can resolve a closed gate or changed loading area. A first delivery escort does not automatically cover recurring service. Ask how maintenance, consumables, and handwashing replenishment will be coordinated. Tell the provider before the work area moves or operating hours change.
Compare the complete access plan
Request written delivery and pickup windows, planned service, handwashing, accessible equipment options, and terms for a relocation. Include any property check-in requirement when discussing unsuccessful visits and extra time.
