Use the actual work entrance
Explain the approach from the road to the proposed position, including gates and any separation between office parking and the work area. Review a practical walking route for users and the space for handwashing. Discuss accessible equipment and approach needs directly. A toilet near the entrance may be easy to maintain but inconvenient if the work moves elsewhere.
Keep the maintenance instructions consistent
Name the person allowed to request a relocation or additional visit. Ask who reports low supplies and whether handwashing replenishment accompanies routine service. Advise the provider before a gate schedule or work phase changes. Keep equipment available for the final cleanup crew, even if the main contractor finishes earlier.
Compare the whole crew schedule
Request delivery, recurring cleaning, consumables, handwashing, collection, and extra-period terms. Ask how increased occupancy or a visit blocked by site activity changes the service arrangement.
