Keep the queue out of another activity
Sketch the route from gathering areas to the toilets and handwashing station. Allow for people waiting without blocking an entry, concession line, or vehicle movement. Review an accessible approach with the host and service contact. The venue's permission to hold an event should not be treated as approval for any equipment position.
Arrange service while the layout is still flexible
Delivery should be coordinated before temporary fencing, tables, stages, or parked vehicles restrict the approach. If repeat cleaning is needed, preserve a working route after the event opens. Name a person who can resolve access issues and request changes. Ask how supplies and handwashing water are replenished rather than assuming those tasks belong to the host.
Compare event-specific inclusions
Request delivery, removal, scheduled maintenance, handwashing, accessible equipment options, and extra-day terms in writing. Ask separately about an additional cleaning visit or a host-requested change in position.
