Use the event layout to place facilities
Locate toilets where users can find them without crossing active vehicle loading. Consider the line of travel from seating, work areas, or parking and allow room for waiting without crowding another entrance. Discuss handwashing and any accessible approach with the host. Public or rented ground requires the appropriate host's placement decision, not just a delivery instruction.
Protect the service appointment
Have a named person available for initial placement and repeat visits. Tell the provider when gates will be locked or equipment unloading will occupy the entrance. If a multi-day gathering needs cleaning between sessions, make that a specific scheduling question. Do not assume an unattended unit includes inspections or replenishment at the frequency your event needs.
Budget around occupied hours
Compare delivery and pickup windows, scheduled cleaning, handwashing supplies, accessible equipment requests, and extension terms. Ask what changes if teardown lasts longer or the reserved service entrance is unavailable.
