Separate permission from practical access
A public-facing project may need a building manager, event organizer, and street authority to resolve different questions. Put their decisions on one site sketch: the equipment position, a pedestrian approach, the truck working area, and any doors that must stay usable. A space that looks empty on delivery day may be needed later for construction deliveries. Preserve a workable return visit, not only the first drop.
Classify the load before discussing a bin
The City's solid-waste franchise resources are the starting point for collection questions. Construction material, a household cleanout, and food-bearing rubbish should not be treated as interchangeable simply because all can fit in a roll-off. Keep material types separate while the authorized arrangement is established. Plan portable toilets independently; their maintenance timing should follow people using the site rather than the debris removal schedule.
