Make the property inventory useful
Identify household items, demolition debris, vegetation and products requiring special instructions before helpers arrive. Check any resident load-card conditions directly with the city, keeping them separate from a hired hauler's proposal. A larger container is not necessarily the answer to dense material or a small access area. Compare the useful loading period, weight terms and whether a staged exchange preserves sorting.
Give the crew an actual serviceable location
For outdoor work or a gathering away from a usable building, provide entrance directions and the proposed sanitation pad. Count shifts, setup staff and cleanup workers as well as public attendance. Keep an accessible approach and convenient handwashing, and leave the truck route open as work progresses. If the project changes location, arrange a provider-reviewed move rather than improvising a new position.
