Leave court approaches and ordinary pedestrian circulation usable. Discuss unit doors, queues and handwashing together; a toilet position should not force users into parking movements or interfere with another scheduled group's entrance.
Include both ends of the event day
Arrange delivery early enough for placement checks without assuming the site is available before your booking begins. Confirm when cleanup finishes and who will remain for removal coordination. If equipment stays longer, identify a service window and someone who can maintain access. Ask the venue about lighting and the route back to parking when the gathering continues after daylight.
