Treat the last transfer as a separate operation
A vessel arriving near a site does not establish that a toilet or loaded debris container can move onto the property. Describe the dock, lifting or handling arrangements, and the path beyond the landing. Obtain the property or facility operator's approval and an equipment-specific handling assessment. Do not assume a boardwalk, float, or passenger gangway can support equipment because people routinely use it.
Resolve waste removal before choosing capacity
For sanitation, ask who can maintain the unit and remove its contents over the entire rental. For debris, establish how material will be contained, transferred, and taken to an accepting destination. Separate these operations from passenger travel or an ordinary freight booking. If the proposed equipment has no workable servicing or loaded-removal method, the request needs a different plan, not a delivery guarantee.
